Job Description

  • Facebook reply/ Sales Closing (quick response)
  • Phone answering
  • Report to marketing executive
  • Report daily new and total number of students, inquiry number when the marketing executive is on holidays.
  • Send invoice to all the customers who enroll whether online or offline.
  • Update sales data everyday
  • Remind the students 1 day prior to the training with the details about venue, time and precautions.

Job Requirements

  • Age 19-21
  • Able to give a quick response from leads and customers
  • Able to manage sale closing or Facebook reply
  • Individual can answer the phone
  • Update sale data everyday
  • Send invoices to all customer
  • Have laptop and internet connection
  • Proficient in English (Intermediate level)
  • 5 days a week and those willing to work on weekends (Project-based)
