Job Description
- Facebook reply/ Sales Closing (quick response)
- Phone answering
- Report to marketing executive
- Report daily new and total number of students, inquiry number when the marketing executive is on holidays.
- Send invoice to all the customers who enroll whether online or offline.
- Update sales data everyday
- Remind the students 1 day prior to the training with the details about venue, time and precautions.
Job Requirements
- Age 19-21
- Able to give a quick response from leads and customers
- Able to manage sale closing or Facebook reply
- Individual can answer the phone
- Update sale data everyday
- Send invoices to all customer
- Have laptop and internet connection
- Proficient in English (Intermediate level)
- 5 days a week and those willing to work on weekends (Project-based)
Internship Period -> 4 months
Those who are qualified will be employed as content marketer by the end of the probation period at YEC.
