Job Description

  • Check all the office supplies which includes stationery, certificate paper, printer, ink, marker pen, paper, air fresher, A4, soap, pen, promotional materials @ the center, coffee, and water, to ensure everything is okay during the training and lectures.
  • Check all the electrical equipments whether it is working or not and maintain them. Save energy – switch off Aircon and light when nobody is around.
  • Welcome teacher and service to them by preparing water, coffee and snack.
  • Running errands to the bank to transfer money.
  • Printing certificates, record the certificate number.
  • Maintaining and updating files and records
  • Help marketing team and admin team by answering phone and work as a receptionist when other teams are not there.
  • Help the students with registration, attendance during the training.
  • Order lunch and prepare tea break.
  • Arranging appointments and managing calendars.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency with basic accounting and office procedures
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Proficiency with office software like Microsoft Office
  • Efficient typing
  • Diplomacy and tact with clients
  • Knowledge of standard office equipment

Salary/Allowance

150,000 ~ 200,000 Ks
