Check all the office supplies which includes stationery, certificate paper, printer, ink, marker pen, paper, air fresher, A4, soap, pen, promotional materials @ the center, coffee, and water, to ensure everything is okay during the training and lectures.
Check all the electrical equipments whether it is working or not and maintain them. Save energy – switch off Aircon and light when nobody is around.
Welcome teacher and service to them by preparing water, coffee and snack.
Running errands to the bank to transfer money.
Printing certificates, record the certificate number.
Maintaining and updating files and records
Help marketing team and admin team by answering phone and work as a receptionist when other teams are not there.
Help the students with registration, attendance during the training.
Order lunch and prepare tea break.
Arranging appointments and managing calendars.
Job Requirements
