Position Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our brand’s online presence and driving digital marketing initiatives through social media channels. You will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, and running effective social media advertising campaigns. By leveraging your expertise in social media implementation, you will contribute to enhancing our brand’s visibility and engaging with our target audience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our brand’s social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to engage with our target audience and promote our traditional wear brand effectively.
  • Create compelling and visually appealing content, such as written posts, images, videos, and infographics, that aligns with our brand’s identity and resonates with our followers.
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to reach a wider audience, optimize ads based on performance data, and achieve desired conversion goals.
  • Monitor social media trends, industry insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and ensure our brand remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with overall brand strategies and contribute to the development of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to the management team.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media implementation.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and social media advertising strategies.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and interact effectively with online communities.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and Burmese languages is required.
