Job Description
- Manage and oversee all company Facebook pages and digital platforms.
- Handle and implement AI marketing tools to optimize campaigns, content, and customer engagement.
- Plan and execute social media strategies, promotions, and branding campaigns across all businesses.
- Supervise and guide 2 Marketing Staff to achieve departmental targets and KPI.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Management teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Track, analyze, and report marketing performance using dashboards and AI analytics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing / social media management.
- Strong knowledge of AI Marketing Tools (Meta Ads Manager, Canva AI, ChatGPT, etc.).
- Leadership skills to supervise and mentor a small team.
- Excellent communication and creativity in both English & Myanmar.
- Ability to work across multi-industry companies (construction, design, textiles, and renewable energy).
